Social activist Jose Roque Andrade, ZP Member Wilfred D’Sa and Nuvem sarpanch had earlier called on the flying squad.
Andrade said the alleged filling of the agricultural land is bound to have severe impact on the environment.
Wilfred De Sa said, “Despite several complaints and calls to the Deputy Collector no action has been taken. We will be approaching the Collector seeking his opinion on the issue”.
