PONDA: Goa OBC Commission Chairman Adv Manohar Adpoikar said Panchayat election in Goa is possible based on 2013 OBC population survey without its postponement. He said Panchayat Director had collected available OBC data from OBC office.
He said even in 2017 Panchayat Elections were held in Goa on 2013 OBC survey basis cited Madhya Pradesh Government is holding election based on its 2011 OBC survey.
