Ockhi effect in Goa to weaken by Wednesday

PANJIM: After lashing the coastline, Cyclone Ockhi’s impact is set to minimise by Wednesday morning, however, IMD has forecast the possibility of rains with thunderstorms while maintain the warning to fishermen not to venture into sea.
