The Old Goa Police on Monday afternoon successfully apprehended two individuals suspected of being involved in the theft of specialized racing bicycles. The suspects have been identified as Jenito Do Rego and Ashok Ramsingh Chetri, both residents of Merces.
The police managed to recover five of the stolen high-end racing bicycles. It appears that the duo had a specific focus on targeting unlocked race cycles. The suspects are currently in police custody, and further investigations are on.
