MARGAO: Colva police arrested one Gregorio Fernandes for allegedly assaulting a 19-year-old youth over the issue of smoking a cigarette at a petrol pump on Wednesday. The JMFC, Margao released Fernandes on furnishing bail bond of Rs 5000 and one surety in like amount.
Sanjay Harkeri of Per Seraulim registered a complaint that at Manora petrol pump, the alleged accused came with his vehicle and abused him with filthy language, assaulted and also threatened to kill.
