The attackers were persons of Kiran Kandolkar and Pranesh Naik. The incident occurred at around 4.30 pm. Broad daylight I was attacked which means the law and order in the State has collapsed.”

“I don’t know the reason why I was attacked but when I questioned them why they have trespassed into my property, they just attacked me with the weapon. I think this was planned,” he added.
