MARGAO: Satvil Naik, resident of Cortalim, against whom Verna police has registered an offence for subjecting his wife to cruelty, has been grant conditional anticipatory bail. As a result of the cruelty she had to undergo, Naik’s wife had allegedly set herself on fire on December 3 and suffered 72 percent burn injuries. She is undergoing medical treatment at the Goa Medical College and Hospital in Bambolim.
