MARGAO: Fatorda Police arrested one Amola Ali Harvi (31), resident of Mungul, for molesting and assaulting a girl following a dispute with her.
Amola is living on rental basis in the premises belonging to the victim girl who had asked him to vacate the premises and they had a fight over this matter following which he assaulted her. As per the complaint lodged, he also stole coconuts from the house.
Hence, police have booked him under Section 323 for assault, 354 for molestation, 504 for threatening and 379 for theft.
