VASCO: A 27-year-old resident of Vasco was arrested for allegedly committing a fraud of Rs 28 lakh and was later remanded to seven days custody.
“As per the complaint, the accused Shivanand Rastogi while working as in charge for Vasco and Nuvem areas for a company namely Logicash Solution Private Limited, which was entrusted by Corporation Bank for replenishing the ATMs in Vasco and Nuvem areas, committed a fraud of Rs 28 lakh and subsequently was absconding.. Further efforts to recover the cash are in progress,” Vasco police informed.
