According to Old Goa police, Sumantkumar Chaturvedi of Bainguinim complained that between June 9 and August 23, accused Vikaskumar Singh stole his ATM card and withdrew cash of Rs 73,000 from various ATMs.
Old Goa police arrested the accused and ASI P P Gawas is investigating the case.
