MAPUSA: Mapusa Police held one Chandan Girish Dasila (24), presently residing at Candolim and native of Bageshwari, Delhi, for stealing a scooter owned by a Canca resident.
According to Mapusa PI, Suban Mamsab Momin, a resident of Canca had lodged a complaint stating that on January 7 an unknown person stole away his scooter bearing registration No GA 03-AA-4524.
Acting on information received during the course of investigation, the police team intercepted and attached the stolen vehicle. Mapusa police have registered an offence under Section 379 IPC.
