MAPUSA: The Calangute police arrested a 23-year-old native of Jaipur on the charge of sexually assaulting a woman while she was sleeping in a villa at Saipem, Candolim. According to information given by the police, the incident took place on the intervening night of October 16 and 17, when the victim along with her friends had gone to a villa at Saipem, Candolim. While the victim was sleeping the accused Swaroop Gora from Jaipur, Rajasthan and currently residing at Old Goa allegedly sexually assaulted her thereby committing rape of the victim without her consent.
