MARGAO, MARCH 15
A 61-year scooter rider, Sebestian Mascarenhas died in a road accident at Cota-Chandor late Saturday evening.
Maina Cutorim police said the rider was knocked down by a Pick-Up Van. The police has arrested the pick-up driver, Somnath Naik and later released on bail. Further investigations are on.
