PANJIM: One more person succumbed to Covid-19 infection in the State on Saturday, taking total death toll to 3,960.
With 136 of the 1,114 samples testing positive for Covid-19, Goa’s positivity rate stood at 12.2 per cent. With 172 recoveries in last 24 hours, active Covid-19 count stood at 946. The recovery rate was 98.08 per cent.
Also one patient was hospitalised and 135 new patients were under home isolation. Meanwhile, no beneficiary in the age group of 11 to 14 took free precautionary dose, while seven beneficiaries including four first dose in the age group of 15 to 17 years and 103 persons above 18 years were administered vaccines on Saturday.
