MARGAO: Jelani Shamshuddin, 32-year-old resident of Cacora-Curchorem while undergoing treatment at Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, succumbed to his injuries.
It may be recalled that Jelani had accidently fallen from a height while working on the second floor of the building at Cumborda-Verna.
Verna Police said that upon information, PSI Pravin Shimepurushkar rushed to the spot and conducted a panchanama.
“While placing iron sheets on the second floor of the building, he fell down and suffered injuries,” the police added.
Police conducted the panchanama and shifted the body to GMC for post-mortem examination.
