PANJIM: The portal of the Directorate of Higher Education for facilitating admission for undergraduate courses will commence in the State from May 25 or 26.
The online admission portal for all the undergraduate programmes in government colleges and aided colleges and self-financed undergraduate programmes will begin either from May 25 or 26 and will be on for next few days.
The student will have to visit the Directorate of Higher Education website and indicate preference of three college choices. Based on merit and criteria, the Directorate of Higher Education will allot the seat to the applicant student.
From this academic year, the colleges will offer a four-year degree course in Arts, Commerce and Science as per the National Education Policy (NEP).
