Dhavalikar said that the facility would be inaugurated by Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and consumers would be able to pay water bills at a place of their convenience thereby relieving them of the headache of standing in long queues and saving time.
“Goa would be the first State to introduce such an initiative,” he said.
