MARGAO: The Additional District and Session Judge Margao Vincent Silva posted the hearing in the power rebate scam case for order on July 16.
All alleged accused have prayed for discharging them from the case. The court has heard the arguments in the matter. The advocate appearing on behalf of former power minister, one of the alleged accused made application before the court directing the investigation police officer to produce a police case diary and with a prayer to consider the same before passing of orders on discharge and stooping of proceedings.
