The accused — Nilesh Raikar had applied for bail before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalpana Gauns. Arguments on the bail application took place on Monday.
During the arguments, the judge told that applicant that he may have to keep 50 percent of the alleged scandal amount to grant bail.
There were further arguments and counter arguments on this point.
No order was passed and the quantum will be decided when the order is passed on June 30.
