monsoon work of cleaning drains. But what is shocking to note, is the huge
amount of empty pet bottles, which are thrown around and actually choking

and use the bins which CCP Mayor Rohit Monserrate have been placed around the
city and not to throw single use plastics all around the place. CCP Mayor
warned that hefty fines would be imposed for those seen littering the city.
