Margao: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has opposed the applications filed by Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserrate and his wife MLA Jennifer seeking permanent exemption from appearing in the Panjim police station attack case. The Panjim police station attack came up before South Goa District and Sessions Judge Irshad Agha, designated as special Judge on Friday.
South Goa district and Sessions Judge Irshad Agha, designated as special Judge, has reserved the order in this regard on July 21 .
In the Panjim police station attack case some vehicles were damaged and some were used in committing the offence. The court will issue notices to all the owners of these vehicles.
