PANJIM: Ahead of High Court of Bombay at Goa expected to pronounce its order on an appeal filed by accused of Panjim Police Station attack case on Wednesday, Advocate Aires Rodrigues filed a caveat before the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
Rodrigues said anticipating that one of the prime accused Babush Monserrate and Jennifer Monserrate may move the Court to try and deviously stall their trial, he filed a caveat application praying that no order in any petition filed by them be passed without hearing him and if possible through video conferencing in view of the current COVID situation.
