PANJIM: Panjim BJP MLA Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate on Friday tested positive for COVID-19.
Taking to Twitter, Monserrate said, “I have tested positive for COVID-19. Request all those who have come in close contact with me to get tested immediately. I shall take all necessary precautions as advised by the medical support staff.” Take care and stay safe, the tweet added.
Monserrate had attended the ongoing Goa Assembly session on Wednesday and Thursday.
