PANJIM: Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) celebrated the ongoing carnival in the capital by the dedicating a part of the 18th June road in Panjim as NoMoZo (non motorised zone) on Sunday.
Speaking o the media after the symbolic inauguration by releasing balloons into the sky, CCP Mayor said, “As far as I can remember, this is the first time we are having a NoMoZo as part of the carnival festivities. Our carnival organising committee and all the corporators have put in a lot of efforts in putting together lots of activities.”
