Part of Pontemol area kept out of Census!

Is it the Mamlatdar or the Census enumerators responsible for not recording the information of some families in Pontemol-Curchorem area?
This question has cropped up after one Ashok Krishna Naik from Pontemol sent a letter to Quepem Mamlatdar stating that the Census enumerator, who was awarded the work of recording the information of Part 7 of Pontemol-Curchorem, did not visit the houses in this part to record the information.
“When I brought the fact to the notice of area Supervisor Anjali Prabhudesai, she informed me to contact the enumerator on his mobile phone. However, when I contacted the enumerator, I was shocked to hear his answer,” stated Prabhudesai.
“He told me that I may complain to the Quepem Mamlatdar and get my answer,” stated Prabhudesai in the letter.
Prabhudesai requested the Mamlatdar to make necessary arrangements to record the information for the Census purpose so that they will be able to avail further benefits like smart cards, etc.
