MARGAO: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Membership Campaign Observer of Goa Prakash Rathod on Friday said that Congress Party has always contributed to nation-building and maintaining communal harmony and peace.
The people of Goa have an emotional connection with the Congress which has always listened to the voice of the people and remained at the forefront to protect the identity of Goa.
While speaking at the South Goa District Congress office after launching the Digital Membership Campaign, Rathod said that the entire Congress leadership stands united and he is confident that Goa will record the highest membership.
Leader of Opposition Digambar Kamat appealed to the members to reach out to the people by going on the ground and expressed confidence that the Congress can comfortably enroll a minimum of 100 members in each booth.
