PANJIM: The Goa Pradesh Congress Committee appointed convenors for four Assembly constituencies with immediate effect.
Those appointed as are as follows: Panjim- Joel Andrade; Santa Cruz- Sushant Govekar; Shiroda-former sarpanch Sushant Gaonkar and Tivim- Uday Salkar.
They will also co-ordinate ongoing digital membership drive in their respective blocks.
The names of office-bearers and other members will be declared later, according to GPCC vice president (organisation) M K Shaikh.
The Congress will also appoint convenors for Taleigao, Cortalim and Marcaim constituencies soon, it was informed.
