PANJIM: In a surprise move ahead of 2017 State Assembly elections, Sadanand Tanawde, the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and joint secretary to Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar, has been replaced by BJP’s Govind Parvatkar. The official announcement will be made on Saturday.
