QUEPEM: “Pay parking will now be implemented in the Curchorem market shortly,” stated Chairperson of the Curchorem Cacora Municipal Council.
As per the notification issued by the South Goa Collector’s office, pay parking for two and four wheelers and rickshaw carriage has been introduced subjected to stipulated conditions.
In order to streamline the functioning of motor vehicular traffic, sign boards for two and four wheelers and for parking of rickshaw carriage have been erected.
Parking fees once charged shall be considered valid for any other parking locations within the Curchorem Cacora municipal council jurisdiction for that time slot for the said vehicle and all government vehicles and ambulance shall be exempted from paying parking fees, said the Chairperson.
