MARGAO: The Margao Municipal Council has notified the general public to pay their “sopo” to the deputed council staff as the contract signed with the “sopo” contractor has expired on March 31.
The right to collect the occupation fees of municipal market (excluding the stalls and kiosks permitted by the council under special contract), on slaughter of pig will be collected by MMC from May 15 as the contract signed with contractor Allam Sayed has expired on March 31.
