PCF, village groups take potshots at notified plans

PANJIM, DEC 4 The notified regional plans for Canacona and Pernem haven't gone down well with many social and village groups that have raised a banner of revolt under the banner of Pilerne Citizens Forum, which took objections to some of the new introductions in the plans.
