On Monday, a round to port town, relieved a satisfactory picture, wherein despite of first day of lockdown relaxation, people decided to stay back and stay safe at home.

The otherwise busy and crowded port town saw a presence of few people who had come to the market and shops to buy the essential commodities.

Public offices in Vasco including banks were operating and people were seen standing in a queue maintaining proper distance.

Police were doing regular checking of the vehicles passing through the check points. As the government made it mandatory to wear mask in public, many people including in the government offices obeyed the rule.
