AAP candidate Olencio Simoes has no time even to eat during campaigning as for him victory is the only option and he is confident about his victory. Simoes starts his campaigning sharp at 7.30 am and ends up only in the evening. For Simoes, parallel campaigning is going on in Cortalim. While he goes for door to door campaigning, a team of AAP volunteers campaigns for Simoes in market area and other public places in Zuarinagar. “I had started my campaign much early and have touched every house in Cortalim Constituency. This is now my second round of campaigning and I am receiving very good response from voters as they want change this time. People want young blood and not a corrupt party,” he said.
