Pednekars are now awaiting for the full-fledged opening of the sub-district hospital which is constructed by spending
almost 52 crores at Tuem. Except for dialysis service, no other facilities are
opened up here. This hospital was inaugurated in 2021 by CM Sawant but till
today there are no facilities available for the public. Locals demand to
operate this hospital with all its facilities as people face a lot of
inconveniences.
This is one of the major projects which needs to be operational
since due to the lack of facilities at the present community health center, people have
to travel all the way to North district or Goa medical for treatment.
