PANJIM: The Pernem police have registered an FIR against two unidentified individuals for snatching a mangalsutra (gold chain) valued at Rs 40,000 from a resident of Petechawada, Korgao. Lalita Harmalkar in her complaint stated that two unknown persons snatched a portion of her mangalsutra on Thursday.
