Pernem temple burgled

PERNEM, MARCH 3
Burglars decamped with a donation box from Kalpurush temple in Agarwado-Pernem on Monday night.
Though the residents claimed the burglars fled with cash of Rs 30,000, police suspect that the amount could be less.
The burglars entered the temple by break opening the front door of the temple.
The incident came to light on Tuesday morning, when the pujari went to the temple to perform pooja at the temple.
Later, police found the fund box in a nearby area, barely 500 mtrs from the temple.
