Pilgaonkar wants ticket at Mayem

MAYEM: MGP youth leader Milind Pilgaonkar has expressed his desire to contest the forthcoming assembly election from Mayem constituency.
Addressing a press conference here, Pilgaonkar said in case there is an alliance between MGP and BJP, the Mayem seat should be given to MGP.
“I was the MGP candidate for Mayem constituency during the last assembly election, but was defeated by a margin of few votes. However, this time I do not want to lose the opportunity as I am confident of winning the seat,” he stated.
He claimed, he was instrumental in rejenuvating MGP which had lost its existence by 2002 and MGP party officials are aware about it.
