Final arguments were heard by the First Appellate Authority, on information denial to Adv Aires Rodrigues who had petitioned the PIO Goa Legislature seeking details of expenditure on the two-day training programme for MLA held in July. Rodrigues said that the PIO justified the denial of information based on rules of business which were not notified.
The final verdict will be given by the First appellate authority who is the Legislature Secretary on August 29.
