PANJIM: The Goa State Information Commission (GSIC) has issued show cause notice to the Public Information Officer (PIO), Administrator of Comunidades of South Zone, Margao, by holding the officer guilty of not complying with the beneficial provisions of the RTI Act, 2005.
SIC Sanjay N Dhavalikar, while disposing second appeal filed by Nazareth Baretto, a resident of Borda-Margao held that information sought by the applicant was clear and specific, not exempted from disclosure.
