VASCO: A 750 CUM overhead reservoir with pump house at New Vaddem in Dabolim constituency was inaugurated by Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho on Monday.
This pipeline, under JICA aided water supply and sewerage project, will benefit around 20000 people from Dabolim and Vasco constituency.

An independent pipeline laid from INS Hansa to New Vaddem reservoir with branch pipeline to cottage hospital reservoir, Regina Mundi reservoir and Joggers Park area Chicalim upto Industrial Estate.
With this pipeline, the areas such as New Vaddem, surrounding area of Dabolim and Vasco constituency, Vaddem and Merces Vaddem, area near Cottage Hospital, Regina Mundi area, Jogger Park and surrounding areas will be benefiting with sufficient water supply.
The overall cost of this project is Rs 1.50 crore.
