Planning Commission to assess business regulatory factors impacting Industry

PANJIM: The Planning Commission of India along with Chambers of Commerce is undertaking a pan India study to assess the business regulatory factors impacting manufacturing competitiveness.

PANJIM: The Planning Commission of India along with Chambers of Commerce is undertaking a pan India study to assess the business regulatory factors impacting manufacturing competitiveness.
The chambers have appointed consultants Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, to conduct this study in Goa on their behalf. Nitin Kunkolieker, past president of GCCI presented a synopsis based on feedback received from the industry – Sotodecor, GMI Zharak Moulders, Goan Bounty, Vinicola, Puja Ferro, Precitech Components, Savannah Surfactants, Syngenta India Ltd, Topcon Electricals, MRF Ltd, Rukminirama Steel Rollings Pvt Ltd, Wallace Pharma, Smartlink Network Systems Ltd and DPC Motors. 
Others who attended the meeting were Eurico Noronha of Wallace Pharmaceuticals, Uttam Kumar of Ruminirama Steel Rollings, Adrian D’Cunha of NRB Group and R S Kamat, Director General of GCCI.
