VASCO: The State government has proposed construction of a flyover between grade separator at Dabolim airport and Verna junction at an estimated cost of Rs 650 crore.
Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho on Wednesday said, he will also meet Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) Nitin Gadkari at Delhi on Monday to discuss about the new infrastructure development project and also to bring more electric buses and modernise all KTC bus stands across the State.
Godinho said that the government has started works near the Dabolim airport. A multi-level car parking facility will be built to provide relief to vehicle owners.
The Minister alleged that some elements have been misguiding villagers due to ongoing development works in Dabolim constituency.
