VASCO: United Citizens of Mangor in association with Blood Bank Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim organised a plasma donation camp in Mangor containment zone area on Wednesday.
Councillor Saifullah Khan informed that around 30 people, who have recovered from COVID-19, have donated their plasma at the camp.
He said, “Recently, people from other parts of Goa discriminated the residents of Vasco. Such things should not happen. We have organised this camp so that the needy, who require blood plasma for fighting the infection, can get help.
Khan thanked the team of GMC doctors, medical staff, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane, Opposition Leader Digambar Kamat for their support.
