The Bombay High Court at Goa will hear the contempt of court petition filed by Adv Aires Rodrigues against Old Goa PI Gurudas Gawade.
In his contempt petition Adv Rodrigues submitted that the Old Goa PI had tried to close the case against Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane who allegedly threatened to kill the former.
