MARGAO: Fatorda Police on Tuesday arrested three persons namely Mayor Kudchadker, Shabuddin Jahangir and Amey Paradkar under Section 151 of CrPC as a preventive measure.
Police said that Anthony Barbosa of Manora-Raia lodged a complaint at Fatorda Police Station stating that at Gogol-Margao, the alleged accused persons abused him with filthy language over issue of Assembly elections voting.
Earlier, Jessy Barbosa of Manora-Raia had lodged a complaint against the same three persons alleging that near Chowgule College they came in front of his car and abused him with filthy language.
PSI Paresh Ramnatker is the investigating the case.
