PANJIM: The Economic Offences Cell of the Goa police has succeeded to nab the National Promoter of a chain investment company which has cheated people from Goa to the tune of Rs 3 crore.
The EOC lodged a complaint against Yudivo Private Limited Company having its office at Sangamvihar, New Delhi and Goa office at Arlem by-pass road, Fatorda, Margao-Goa for cheating several persons. Goa Police proceeded to Noida UP and Delhi to trace the accused person and for the purpose of investigation into the above crime.
Police staff visited Shahdara, North East, Delhi and apprehended an accused person namely Subhash Chandra son of Ramesh Kumar, age 42 yrs.
With the help of Farsh Bazar Police Station, Chandra was produced before the Hon’ble Karkardooma Court, Shahdara, Delhi and obtained two days transit remand. The accused will be produced before the Goan court as soon as they arrive in the State.
According to EOC, the accused persons are Vijay Kumar Jaiswal (Managing Director) and Ms Rashmi Jaiswal (Company Managing Director) of Yudivo Private Limited Company, Subhash Chandra resident of Anand Vihar, New Delhi who was the National Promoter of Yudivo Private Limited Company. Further when asked for the return of their hard-earned money the accused persons threatened the investors with dire consequences cheating them around Rs 3 crore approximately for their own use.
