MARGAO: A team of Karnataka police arrived in Margao and arrested a youth for illegal possession of arms. The accused was picked up from a building in Aquem.
Sources stated that the team, consisting of two PSIs and three high-ranking officers, has booked the Aquem resident under the Arms Act. Sources added that the team travelled in a Karnataka-registered vehicle, while the arrest was made in line with the recent arrests in Karnataka regarding alleged terror threats.
