PANJIM: Bailancho Ekvott has praised police for securing the conviction of an individual who was involved in prostitution ring.
In a statement, Bailancho Ekvott President Auda Viegas said, “The recent ruling from the Margao Session Court, which resulted in the conviction of an individuwal for involvement in a prostitution ring, reaffirms Goa’s commitment to justice and human dignity. This decision marks the third successful conviction in cases related to human trafficking in the State.”
