To uphold peace and harmony in the port town of Vasco, the local police force has significantly ramped up its patrolling efforts. Speaking to the media, Police Inspector Kapil Nayak emphasized the importance of surprise patrols in identifying individuals exhibiting suspicious behaviour, thereby curbing potential criminal activities.
Furthermore, Nayak stated that the authorities would be conducting inspections at various places of worship, including temples, churches, and mosques, to foster communal harmony and ensure peaceful coexistence within the community.
