MARGAO: In response to recent tensions in the Rumdamol, Davorlim village, Maina-Curtorim Police have taken proactive measures to ensure public safety during the upcoming festive season from Shrawan to Ganesh Chathurti.
A police team visited Rumdamol Davorlim areas and made a special appeal to pan sellers and other businesses in the Rumdamol housing board to limit their operations until 10 pm. The aim is to avoid late-night rushes and gatherings of people, promoting a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
